Strapped down in helpless peril

Anna moans into her gag as she tries to stretch her sore cramped muscles. But something is terribly here wrong, she can't move. Her head hurts and her mouth is dry as cotton. She tries to lift her head as she slowly opens her eyes but she then feels the tight chain around her throat, Then she realizes what had happened last night at the bar, she knows she only had a few drinks but the last one had tasted funny and she didn't even finish it when she started to feel XXXX and straggered to the bathroom. Then everything went black until now. She is strapped down to a table with wide leather straps. The straps pin her to the table at the shoulders, chest, hips and knees. Her ankles are tied tightly together with rope and her wrists are bound at her belly with more rope. A chain is run across her throat and bolted down to the table. She is still wearing her super tight very short cut off denim hot pants. Her mouth is packed and sealed shut with duct tape. Then she sees a hooded figure come in. He comes over to her and she screams into her gag as he rubs his filty hands up her soft legs. He then tightens the ropes at her wrists and pulls open her bloused and starts playing with her perky exposed tits. Anna begs and sobs into her gag as he mauls her tits. Then she looks up and notices a large heavy iron ball suspended directly over her head. The hooded thug then starts the ball to swinging and begins to turn the handle of the winch on the wall. The heavy iron ball begins to descend slowly toward her head. Anna screams into her gag as with each clink of the ratchet the ball gets closer and closer. She tries to turn her head as the ball is just a few inches from her nose. She can feel the rush of air on her face each time the ball swings past. But she is helpless to do anything about it any lower and the swinging ball will crush her skull.
